About Harbin Said Technology Development Co., Ltd.
Founded in 1994 and located in Harbin High-Tech Development Zone, Harbin Said Technology Development Co., Ltd. was initiated and established by professors and experts from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin University of Commerce, China Aerospace Aerodynamics Research Institute and other renowned institutions. We are a technology-driven enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and service.
For over 30 years, we have specialized in fluid flexible packaging machinery, providing one-stop solutions for fully automatic packaging of liquid and viscous materials. Our equipment serves industries including dairy (pasteurized milk, yogurt, cream, condensed milk), beverages (coconut milk, soy milk, plant protein drinks), food condiments (egg liquid, soy sauce, vinegar, sauces, bone soup), animal and vegetable oils, daily chemicals and chemical products.
We have developed six series of fully automatic packaging machines covering 0.1L to 25L. Thousands of units are widely used across industries in China, covering nearly all leading enterprises. We hold independent foreign trade rights, with products exported to dozens of countries and regions including the United States, Malaysia, Iran, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Tanzania, Bolivia, Israel, Niger, Uganda and Russia, earning high recognition from global users.

Quality Control
We strictly manage our operations in accordance with the ISO 9001 international quality management system. Every component undergoes quality checks at every stage: material selection, processing, production, assembly and commissioning. Our quality control team follows rigorous standards and conducts comprehensive joint inspections and operational tests after equipment assembly. Products only leave the factory after passing all checks, forming a full-process quality control model to ensure every machine meets our high standards.
